2017 Notice of Proposed Constitutional Changes

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES

Notice is hereby given in terms of Clause 15.1.2, read together with Clause 18 of the Professional Hunters’ Association of South Africa’s Constitution, that the executive committee proposes that the current constitution be repealed and the new redrafted constitution be adopted by the members during the PHASA Annual General Meeting,  held on Wednesday 22nd November 2017 at Champagne Sports Resort, KwaZulu-Natal.

The Constitution is written in modern language and is meant to simplify the governance structure and create an enabling mechanism of governance for PHASA.

Members are cordially invited to attend the Constitutional Workshop on Monday 20 November 2017. The drafting attorney and special task team appointed by the Executive Committee, to review the Constitution, will provide clarity and answer members’ questions.
