PHASA CONVENTION & AGM 2021

At a meeting on the 19th May 2021 the Executive Committee decided to keep the format for the 2021 PHASA Convention & AGM the same as last year.  This came about as a result of the hunting industry not fully recovered from the COVID-19 pandemic yet.

The 2021 PHASA Convention & AGM in Hartenbos has been postponed and reserved for our 2022 Convention & AGM.  Hartenbos ATKV has agreed to keep the deposits for accommodation already paid and to roll it over to next year.  We urge you to check on this and confirm with the resort.  Should you experience any problems contact Marianna Louwrens on info@phasa.co.za / 012 – 667 2048.  Please note the cancellation policies of the resort re accommodation.

The 2021 Convention & AGM will be hosted as a half day event on the 19th November with interesting topics for discussion and the AGM’s on the 20th November.  An informal braai is planned for the evening of the 19th at all venues with a gala on the 20th at Galagos.

The Executive Committee members and the Foundation Directors will be present at Galagos Country Estate from where the event will be virtually broadcasted (as well as in person attendance), to venues in each of the provinces. The venues will be more or less the same as for 2020 and we want to thank our members for making their facilities available again.  Members are urged to join us at Galagos or meet at the venues to take part in the meeting, have lunch and a social braai afterwards.

During the gala, awards will be presented and entry forms and criteria can be obtained from Marianna at the PHASA Office.  For the first time ever we will also have an online and live auction during the Gala.
