We have pleasure in inviting you to our Convention and 33rd Annual General Meeting to be held at Zulu Nyala, Chartwell, Fourways, Gauteng from 15 to 17 November 2010.
Business Program
Monday and Tuesday, 15-16 November: PHASA Convention & 8th PHASA Conservation & Empowerment Fund AGM:
The program will cover topical aspects of the hunting and wildlife industry.
Wednesday, 17 November: 33rd PHASA Annual General Meeting:
The first session with annual and financial reports and general feedback will be open to all delegates. The second session will be for members only.
Social Get-togethers
Monday evening: Bavarian Nights
The Fun Evening with a German “October Fest” theme, will include dinner and dancing.
Tuesday Afternoon: Krieghoff Shoot & Ladies’ Luncheon
Whilst the ladies will enjoy themselves once again at the ever successful Ladies’ Lunch, Krieghoff will give all members and guests the unique opportunity to shoot their superb double rifles at this challenging fun filled shoot.
Wednesday Night: Gala Banquet, Dance & Auction
Join us at this prestigious event where you will have a chance to bid on some of our spectacular auction items.

Conference venue and accommodation information
In an effort to make it more affordable to members, we have secured three types of accommodation Zulu Nyala Country Manor (Convention Venue), Chartwell Castle (1.5km from venue) and Das Landhause (3km from venue). Shuttles will be available at no cost to delegates.
Delegates will be responsible to make their own reservations on the forms attached. Ensure that you make your reservation as soon as possible, to ensure you find the accommodation you prefer.

Zulu Nyala Country Manor - Fully Booked
Different to other Gauteng venues used in the past, delegates will get a tantalizing taste of the bush while staying just five minutes away from all the glitz, glamour and good times offered by one of Southern Africa’s premier shopping and entertainment areas. Chartwell Castle (1.5 km from Zulu Nyala)
On the outskirts of Greater Johannesburg ± 30 minutes from the old city Centre and on the Klein Jukskei River, stands this prominent four-storied Castle on 5 Ha (12 acres), providing accommodation in the Castle and cottages. The main building is of late 17th Century architectural style. They have the biggest known uninterrupted hedgerow maze in the Southern world (and the third biggest in the world).
